The Management of the building and/or The Landmarks Preservation Commission may require approval before the described installation can be started. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to make the appropriate arrangements with the management company. We will prepare and deliver to the designated party a completed Landmarks application. The customer should notify the Building Superintendent when we plan to commence work, and advise them that the Owners in the apartments in the immediate area should close their windows to prevent any dust from infiltrating their apartments. The cost of the work described herein may be increased if Management and/or the Building’s Consultants submit requirements not estimated herein.
