Our EPA “Lead-Safe” Certificate number is NAT-33064-2 and Supervisory Employee Certificate number is R-R-88481-15-00133.
Our State of New Jersey Consumer Affairs License number us 13VH00344600, and our State of New Jersey Master HVAC Contractor’s license number is 6039.
The Management of the building may require approval before an installation can be started.
There are two City Agencies that many projects will need to be filed with. One is the Landmark Preservation Commission, which we will be responsible for at no additional cost since our staff handles this. The other is The New York City Department of Buildings. This filing requires a licensed Architect (which we do not have on staff) to obtain this Permit for you.
