  Please be advised that we carry the following insurance coverage:
$1,000,000.00 in General Liability;
$1,000,000.00 in Worker’s Compensation,
and $5,000,000.00 in Excess Liability (Umbrella Form).
  We will include the Purchaser, as well as the Building Owner and the Managing Agent of the property as Additional Insureds on HamiltonAir’s General Liability policy.
